2. Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made through vionara.cz. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
3. Products and prices
We aim to describe products, dimensions, colours and availability accurately. Images may appear slightly different depending on the display. Prices and the currency applicable to your market are shown before checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties are displayed or explained before you complete the order. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will contact you if this affects an order already submitted.
4. Orders and contract formation
You can review and correct your order before payment. After the order is submitted, we send an electronic confirmation. A purchase contract is formed when we accept the order and send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery is not possible, or an obvious error occurred. If payment has already been collected, it will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the selected payment provider. You must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Delivery
Available destinations, delivery methods, estimated times and prices are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Returns and withdrawal
Consumers buying online may have a statutory right to withdraw. Details, exclusions, return costs and the return address are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Defective or non-conforming goods
Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers in the European Union benefit from the applicable statutory legal guarantee, generally a minimum of two years for new goods. If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us at bures.123mira@gmail.com with the order number and relevant evidence. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
9. Customer obligations
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit unlawful content, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties.
10. Intellectual property
Store content, branding, text, graphics and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. The store is hosted by Shopify, which processes data needed to provide the service.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Please send complaints first to bures.123mira@gmail.com so we can try to resolve them directly. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the competent Czech alternative dispute resolution body is:

14. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your residence. Any mandatory rules on court jurisdiction remain unaffected. We may update these Terms for future orders; the version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
